BidSentry is a service of Virtual Marketing Consultants, Inc. ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your email address and, if you choose, your company name and the states you work in, when you join our waitlist or sign up.
- Subscriber information: when trials open, the account details and preferences you set (trades, states, certifications). Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card number.
- Business information from public sources: we use public government data, including SAM.gov contract notices, entity registrations and USAspending.gov award records, to match bids and to identify businesses that may benefit from our service.
- Basic usage data: standard server logs and, in our emails, whether a link was clicked, so we can measure whether our service is useful.
How we use it
- To send you the bid alerts, reminders and account emails you signed up for.
- To tell you when trials open, if you joined the waitlist.
- To improve the service.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share it with third parties except service providers that help us run BidSentry (for example hosting, email delivery and payments), and only as needed to provide the service.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing sales@virtualmarketingconsultants.com.
