Terms of service

These terms govern your use of BidSentry, a service of Virtual Marketing Consultants, Inc. ("we," "us"). By using the service you agree to them.

What BidSentry is

BidSentry sends summaries of public federal contract notices published on SAM.gov. We are a private company. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by SAM.gov, GSA, or any government agency, and we do not submit bids on your behalf.

Accuracy

Our summaries are plain-English recaps of public notices. We work to keep them accurate, but notices change and summaries can miss details. Always read the official notice on SAM.gov and confirm dates, scope and requirements before you bid. You are responsible for your bidding decisions.

Trials, billing and cancellation

Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial and require a payment card. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your plan renews monthly at the price shown when you signed up. You can cancel anytime from your settings; cancellation stops future charges.

Acceptable use

The service is for your own business use. Don't resell or redistribute our alerts or summaries, or try to disrupt the service.

No guarantees

We don't guarantee that you will find or win any contract. The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll tell subscribers by email before they take effect.
